Triton ETD has more designs for different applications than any other TWT manufacturer. We also offer a complete family of miniature and micro TWTs for Microwave Power Module applications. By continually upgrading its computer-aided design capabilities, Triton ETD is prepared to custom-tailor helix type TWTs for your specific application.
Miniature and micro TWTs/TWTAs range from 10 W to more than 125 W CW or pulsed output power with gains from 18 to 75 dB. Miniature and micro TWTs require from 2.5 to 5 KV at 50 to 175 mA of cathode current. The pulsed TWT/TWTA family provides from 0.2 to 4.0 KW output power with gains of 30 to 70 dB. Pulsed TWTs operate from 4.7 to 12 KV at 200 to 2,200 mA. Both standard and custom high voltage power supply designs are available to form the complete TWTA solution.
