Triton Microwave Power Modules (MPM)
T riton ETD offers Microwave Power Modules
to meet the power, bandwidth and spectral purity requirements of state of the art
microwave systems. The MPM is an efficient low noise amplifier package consisting of a
high-gain solid-state driver (MMIC) followed by a traveling wave tube (TWT) along with
their associated power supplies.
The low noise performance of the solid-state MMIC combined
with the efficiency of the TWT in the output stage of the module provides enhanced
efficiency, small size and weight at a lower cost. Triton offers MPMs over the 2 to 18 GHz
frequency range with 50-100 watts rf output power and 50 dB gain.
